Fuel Your Strength Journey

Proper nutrition is the foundation of any successful fitness program. At Cocolumke, we believe in a balanced approach to nutrition that supports your strength goals while maintaining overall health.

Protein Intake

Aim for 1.6-2.2g of protein per kg of bodyweight daily to support muscle recovery and growth.

Carbohydrate Timing

Consume complex carbohydrates 1-2 hours before training and simple carbs immediately after for optimal performance and recovery.

Hydration

Drink at least 3-4 liters of water daily, increasing intake during intense training sessions and hot weather.
